Nestled away on a hilltop overlooking lush Waimea Valley, we invite you to ride horseback amidst our island paradise. Happy Trail's friendly wranglers escort you through cool sun filtered forests, lush green ranch land, and wild tropical orchards. Panoramic ocean and mountain scenery unfolds as you ride our well trained horses. We have 1.5 hour rides and 2 hour rides
(includes briefings and saddle up). For children under 12 the recommended horseback riding tour is 1.5 hrs.

Kualoa Ranch Horseback Riding
Beautiful and well preserved, Kualoa Ranch is one of the largest estates on Oahu with a legacy to preserve the natural beauty and culture.
Oahu horseback riding is just one of the unforgettable activities you can enjoy at beautiful Kualoa Ranch. Kualoa's horseback rides combine that special bond with horses with the most spectacular scenery on Oahu. On horseback, riders take different trails beneath the cliffs and overlooking the ocean. One Hour Ride - See the southern half of the ranch. Vistas of the famed "Chinaman's Hat" Mokoli'i island and an ancient 800 year-old Hawaiian fishpond accompany the great feeling of spending time riding horses. Two Hour Ride - Adventure to the northern part of the ranch deep into Ka'a'awa Valley. Rides take you through forested areas, past World War II bunkers, into Ka'a'awa Valley, all with fantastic views of the Kualoa Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. 2 hr ride at 3pm only.
Must be 10 years and older, 4ft. 6in tall, covered shoes a must, long pants optional but are recommended., Max weight allowed for horseback is 230
