Titus Kinimaka's Surf School
Titus, one of the last remaining professional big wave riders of pure Hawiian decent, will meet his clients on the beach near the beautiful Hanalei pier. He will provide an hour and a half lesson in the gentle waters of Hanalei and spread his aloha and culture with all his clients. Titus is a world renowned big wave rider and has traveled to over thirty countries to teach others how to surf. At age fifty, Titus is still competing in the world's most renowned big wave contests so his clients will be learning from the best.
All participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating in this activity.

Kauai's Most Authentic Luau
Hiva Pacifika: this Kauai luau is the proud recipient of Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau's prestigious Kahili Award presented to Hawaii's most authentic luau. This celebration in Kapaa, Kauai, features delicious Island fare and an all-Hawaiian luau show. The musical journey takes guests through Tahitian song and dance then through the traditions of Hawaiian luaus. The climax of the evening festivities includes a spell-binding "fire-knife" dance.
The Hawaiian Luau is a customary celebration but still remains a fun occasion... casual, informal and full of high spirits. The crowds are mixed with no age barrier and seating is family style. The evening begins with a nightly torch lighting ceremony, lei greeting and traditional Hawaiian Imu ceremony, as Kalua Pig is prepared in an authentic Imu (underground oven). A complete luau feast includes an all-you-can-eat Polynesian buffet and an open bar throughout the evening. This special Hawaiian luau show follows dinner. Newly produced and chorographed these energetic performances are magical island tours featuring native songs and dances capturing all the legend and lore of the Tahiti, Hawaii and the "Garden Isle" of Kauai.
