Explore a Big Island Lava Tube!
Our lava tube caverns range from safe and easy to long and adventurous, a true spelunkers dream for anyone who can negotiate stairs.

FLASHLIGHTS, HARDHATS, AND GLOVES will be provided. This tour is for anyone 5yrs. and up. Close toed shoes and pants are a must.

SCENIC WALKING TOUR (1hr. plus):
See 10' to 40' ceilings in cool 57 to 67 degree temperatures while walking in the longest (40 miles) lava tube in the world. Enjoy the awe and splendor of Stalactites, Stalagmites and Flowstone.

ADVENTURE TOUR(3 hr plus):
Cave spelunking tour. Go inside the most active volcano in the world and see colorful flowstone, stactites and stalgmites. This lava tube is the longest (55miles) and deepest (4000') in the world. With ceilings reaching 80' and with reaching 100' you will be mesmerized by the awe and mystery of this 8th wonder of the world.

NOTE: For the Adventure Tour participants must be 14 or older and in generally good physical condition for climbing and hiking (no repelling). Tour begins with a climb down a 30' ladder and one crawl of about 30' under a 2 1/2' ceiling (knee pads provided).
